You can go to the Upgrade page from the Dashboard or click on the Live Chat icon at the top and we can quickly upgrade the account so that you can add more users or to unlock more features.
Creating a user account allows the employee to access Safety Meeting Pro from the phone, tablet, or computer. To assign credentials, go to Directory > Employees > New. Once the basic data has been added, click on 'All App & Panel Access'. Then you can set the username and password and the Role you want to assign to the employee. For more information on setting up Safety Meeting Pro to add Employees and hold a safety meeting click "here".
The Notification Center allows you to assign contacts that should automatically be notified based on actions - such as an Incident being added or completing a Safety Meeting. It's great for keeping leadership in the loop without any additional effort.
Some employees need to see everything but most do not. You can create and revise Roles within the Settings. You can decided who should be able to see, edit, or not see certain modules (such as Write-Up's, Incidents, etc). Once the Role has been created, assign the appropriate Role to your Users accounts to prevent inappropriate access. For more information on setting up Roles see this "document".
Group safety meetings are the most common. It's you and your crew discussing a safety topic. An Individual safety meeting is one of your employees reviewing a safety topic on their own. This is ideal for office employees and temp agencies.
We make it easy for you to add your own safety topics. Just click on Add Safety Topic and paste in your text. You'll then be able to access your safety topic during your next safety meeting. For more information on setting up Safety Meeting Pro to hold a safety meeting click "here".
Yes, once you have added the form of interest to Company Favorites, you'll then be able to Edit the form. You can revise the layout, delete fields, add fields and anything else you want to do. You can also create your own forms using the form builder.
Yes, you can change your date format, phone format, and other preferences within the Settings section. Each tab allows different options to customize your experience.
